The Manifesto:8 rules the S.O.50 live by

These are the values I live by. I’m just a regular guy—a 打工仔 who decided to stop making excuses. These rules aren't just for the gym; they are the iron pillars that strengthen my beliefs and keep me moving toward the man I want to be.

This list is mostly a reminder for me. This is the code.

1. Protect the Pack | 齐家治国

A wolf is only as strong as the family he anchors. My wife, my son, my work, and my clients come first. I don’t train to get away from my life; I train to be strong enough to lead it. A leader who fails his family is no leader at all.

2. The 24-Hour Equalizer | 天道酬勤

The hunt doesn't wait for the lazy. We all get the same 24 hours. If I have time to scroll, I have time to sweat. If I have time to complain, I have time to prep. No excuses—only priorities.

3. Earn the Fuel | 饮食有节

The wolf eats only after the kill. Food is no longer an emotional crutch; it is high-octane fuel. I don’t eat because I’m bored; I eat because I’ve worked. The reward is earned, never given.

4. The Alpha’s Presence | 表里如一

External appearance reflects internal quality. Whether it’s the ASICS on my feet or the ironed shirt at the office, I show up ready. How you do one thing is how you do everything. We don’t follow what others are doing, we lead.

5. The Silver Mane | 老当益壮

Respect the age, but fight the decay. I am 50+, but I do not surrender. I respect the recovery my body needs, adapt the protocol, and fight back with everything I’ve got. Experience is the edge.

6. The Long Run | 持之之恒

Success is found in the boring repetition. Motivation is a feeling; discipline is a choice. The Savage is built on Tuesday mornings and Friday nights when no one is watching. No hacks. Just the protocol.

7. The Internal Contract | 言出必行

Keep the promise to yourself. If you honor your word in the dark, your word to others will carry the weight of iron. Honor starts with the wolf in the mirror.

8. The Silent Stalk | 知者不言

The wisest wolf is the quietest in the woods. A grown man doesn't hunt for "likes" or validation. He shows up, does the work, and lets the results do the talking. Silence is the sound of discipline.
